Buying items on the internet can be scary. I know from personal experience that pictures, items, etc may not be what you thought they were when you clicked to purchase.
We do our very best to convey color, size, etc on every single item we sell, but in the event that you are not satisfied we've got your back!

If you order an item that is backordered, please be patient. I am one person doing all of the work. Kramer does not crochet or sew, he only supplies emotional support and quite possibly a dog hair or two! I will reach out to you with a timeline for the item that is backordered. Kepp in mind that crochet is a SLOW process and it takes 12-15 hours to make one top! I will make every effort to get you an item as quickly as humnly possible though. If you need something in a faster time frame, do not order a backordered item.
My hope is that every single item you purchase from Robyn's Nest makes you squeal with unbridled JOY. In the event that it does not, we have a return policy. This probably won't cover every single possible thing, because stuff happens, right?! So, in the event that your particular situation is not covered here, reach out directly to me.
-The item is not the color or size you expected, reach out and we will get you what you need or refund your money for the item.
-Custom items cannot be refunded. I have a lot of options for you, so we will handle those on a case-by-case basis depending on reason for dissatisfaction.
-Refunds will be made in the same method of payment used to purchase the item in question. They take a couple days; I get it you want it now. That just is not how it works. It isn't little old me, blame banks, credit cards, people out there committing fraud, you name it. Don't hate the player, hate the game.
-Shipping is not fun these days, and I do not control the entire US Postal System. Every effort will be made to get you your item. I will ship it within 24 hours, but let's face it... stuff doesn't go as planned sometimes. Again, I will provide as much support as humanly possible. If an item is lost in transit, we will file a claim with the postal service for a refund. This is not a fast process, but if it is indeed lost then they will take care of it.
-In order to qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition (unworn, unused, not reeking of cigarette smoke, you understand this I am sure) and within 30 days of purchase. We reserve the right not to refund an item for the above reasons and others. Again, I will do everything humanly possible to satisfy you. I am a reasonable person and I hope you are too.
-Refunds will not be made because you chose to ignore care instructions for the item. This includes washing incorrectly, using the dryer, ironing (if you shouldn't), abuse, etc. You know exactly what we mean here, I will work with you where I can. Crochet and hand sewn items require special care. This means, hand washing, laying flat to dry, a little reshaping while it is wet, no wringing out the water, storing the item folded in a drawer, no wire hangers, or hangers of any kind, no iron, and could even be SPOT CLEAN ONLY. Colors could run, so read carefully, use your common sense and follow the provided instructions.
As I said at the beginning, I am here to help you and want you to love the item you order. We will work together to find a reasonable solution if you are not happy.
